MMA2 | I.T Support/Web Developer
Responsibilities:
Ø MMA2 Website
  • Ø BASL Network comprising Servers, PCs & Laptops, Printers, Copiers, Firewalls, Switches & Routers
Ø Internet  & Telecoms services
Ø Local Area Network (LAN) support
 
Qualification and Experience:
  • Ø In-depth knowledge of
    • Server Technology
    • Networking
    • Two or more of Web & Software Design Applications: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, C, PHP, HTML, CSS etc.
  • Ø Good reporting skills
  • Ø Organisational skills
  • Ø Analytical & Problem solving skills
  • Ø Good communication skills

MMA2 | Operations Officer - Landside (OPS)
Responsibilities:
Ø To coordinate the activities of airlines, handling companies, customs, immigration etc. ensuring that acceptable quality service is provided.
Ø Ensuring that the terminal is maintained according to prescribed ICAO standards.
Ø Ensuring coordinated and continuous passenger processing and facilitation.
Ø Must participate fully in Emergency services.
Ø Prompt report of issues that can ground facilitation/operations
Ø Ensure baggage delivery of 10 minutes after each flight arrival
 
Qualification and Experience:
  • Ø First degree (B. Sc/HND) in Logistics, Customer Service or other relevant discipline.
  • Ø Hold at least three (3) years post – graduation experience in a ground handling service operations environment is desired. 
  • Ø Experience to adhere strictly to Aviation Standards and Practices to ensure  safe and efficient operations on the Apron and environs
  • Ø Intermediate to Mid-Level Proficiency in the use of Microsoft (MS) Windows (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and other utilities/tools.
